Quality is the life of enterprise!

We have 6 inspectors in each part of production, to inspect the quality of the products.

1) Before the production, worker will check careful for the leather, then mark the out the flaw, cut down the better ones.

2) Needleman will sew the better parts of leather together in straight lines.

3) Wood worker will make out the strong wood frame.

4) Foam worker will conbine the foam on to the wood frame.

5) Finally workers will put the leather cover onto to the frame, conbine together one by another, then finish the whole set of sofa.

Again the inspector to check the whole sofa, if it is no problem, it is ok for packing.
